Who we are

We differentiate ourselves by thinking and acting like owners, we commit to timelines, and focus on outcomes. Our team has an unparalleled track record of success both in government and industry delivering project approvals in a timely and cost-effective manner. We do this using strong relationships, science and engineering proficiency, and proven communication strategies for stakeholder alignment.

Falkirk has helped companies and organizations across Canada, and in other jurisdictions globally, to navigate their projects through complex permitting processes and political realities, successfully moving them into their next phase of development with understanding, alignment, and strong support.

What we do

Falkirk is comprised of an accomplished team of senior technical, regulatory and indigenous engagement professionals with decades of experience. We are headquartered in Vancouver, BC and our primary focus is on the mining and mineral exploration sector in British Columbia. We lead permitting and regulatory affairs matters for dozens of projects in BC and northern Canada. We work with government, financial institutions, and communities to provide solutions to complex issues.

Why us

The Falkirk team members have decades of experience in all aspects of project permitting and assessments, regulatory matters and compliance requirements, Indigenous engagement, public and governmental affairs, and environmental science and engineering. Falkirk is comfortable working within the adapting regulatory environment of Indigenous engagement and within the nascent provincial and federal Environmental Assessment landscape.
