Principles that guide us:
Human and environment focused.
All Falkirk work and projects will focus on improving the lives of people and the environment. We will work with our clients to advance these principles with the goal of ensuring a better future for all.
Falkirk will always work in the spirt of reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples. This is embedded in our beliefs, the practices of our team, our work and the advice we give to our clients.
Reflected in our senior management team and throughout our organization, we believe that a diversity of background, cultures, experience and perspective leads to better performance and the delivery of greater value to our clients. We will always champion diversity both within and outside of our organization.
Falkirk’s advisory and consulting activities will be integrated with efforts to mobilize positive change within the industrial sector. We align ourselves with those who are making positive change and believe this will support a self-reinforcing position of leadership, sustainability and effectiveness.
We consider equity a critical factor in ensuring a better future. Falkirk’s work, strategies and advocacy efforts will take into account the human impacts across communities.
Falkirk will be an active ally and contributor to the broader sustainability movement taking place globally. Falkirk itself and its founders will commit a portion of Falkirk profits to causes that benefit the environment, communities and reconciliation.
