Genevieve is a registered Professional Agrologist with 14 years of experience working on infrastructure development projects, primarily in mining. She has had the opportunity to fill a broad range of roles gaining experience throughout all phases of the mining lifecycle from exploration and early design through to reclamation, and on multidisciplinary project teams. Genevieve has a strong interest in responsible resource development and strives to achieve positive and meaningful outcomes for project owners, communities and the environment.

Genevieve has proven experience obtaining project approvals on time and within budget and believes in strategic collaborative engagement with Indigenous groups and regulators, and can advance project requirements through to construction and operations.

She has implemented extensive environmental management programs ranging from fugitive dust, water quality, hydrology, and erosion and sediment control. She is currently formalizing her practical project management experience by preparing to write the Project Management Professional certification exam.  Prior to joining Falkirk, Genevieve served as the Environmental Assessment Lead with Teck Resources with responsibility for the HVC 2040 Project.
