Natalie Tashe is a Professional Agrologist trained in project management and brings over 20 years’ experience in terrestrial environmental assessments throughout Western and Northern Canada in leading both Provincial and Federal environmental impact assessments, permitting applications, and environmental design and compliance for existing mine operations. Natalie has participated in Federal panels as a subject matter expert for both mining, oil sands and oil and gas environmental impact assessment applications.

With Natalie’s long-term commitment to clients, she has taken projects from greenfield projects through to operations and adapted the regulatory services from leading baseline studies to support environmental assessment and permitting to compliance monitoring and reporting during project operations. Natalie has worked in multiple sectors including mining, oilsands, oil and gas pipelines, infrastructure, and agricultural projects throughout Canada and in portion of the United States. Natalie is a qualified professional for reclamation, and regulatory assessments and manages multi-disciplinary teams. She has served in the client advisory role and aids in working with clients to set the strategic environmental and regulatory pathway for projects.
